Big Anouncement

I have been lacking, I know, in updating you guys with my life.  There has been a huge new development.  As I've prayed and searched what I should do this summer, God has answered.  I will be spending about a month in a certain country on a certain continent.  This is a continent that I have always wanted to visit.  AFRICA!

I will be serving in MALAWI!  I have wanted to visit Malawi ever since I was in the fourth grade and my teacher left to be a missionary.  She moved there with her family to serve at the Africa Bible College.  I will be staying at the college while I work in an orphanage.  My heart longs to love and care for the precious children that God will have me meet this summer. 

Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.

James 1:27

Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.

Isaiah 1:17
