Holy Guacamole






Ingredients


2 Haas Avacado
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon Onion, chopped fine
Salt to taste







Scoop out the avacado flesh and then mash it in a large bowl.  Add other ingredients according to taste preference.  This was my guess on how much I put in my guacamole.  You can really just "eyeball" it.  You can also substitute in red onion to make it more colorful.  You can eat right away or refrigerate overnight.  I found that the dip left over had a better taste because the flavors blended.  Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables. 






I'm pretty sure that Nickelodeon used this stuff to slime people in the 90's.
